A Note About Shipping Times During Covid

Most orders will ship the same or following business day, but some items may ship in 2 - 3 business days. This is because they either need to be custom made, or quickly ordered in. We are beyond grateful for your support and patience as we try to creatively find our way through these new challenges we are all facing.

Once shipped, shipping times seem to be unpredictable, generally they have been almost normal within BC but taking a little longer to get out east, and very unpredictable internationally.



Canada

Free shipping on orders over $100!
Flat rate shipping charge of $15 on orders under $100.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel within 2 business days and you can expect to receive them within 3 - 7 business days.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited and should arrive within 3 - 7 business days. Please contact us if you need faster shipping and we will see what we can do.

 

US

Free shipping on orders over $250!
Flat rate shipping charge of $20 on orders under $250.
Customer is responsible for any additional importing charges charged by their country. Orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS.

 

Returns

It's important to us that you love what you order from us.
If it doesn't fit or feel like you hoped, please return it for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. No refunds on shipping charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as original shipping charges if the order no longer qualifies for free shipping.
We will only accept returns on unworn, unused items, in original condition with tags attached. We will not issue a refund for items that have been damaged by strong scents such as body odor, perfume or smoke.
 
Exchanges


We do not offer exchanges but you are welcome to order the item you want and we will refund you for your original purchase once we receive it.

 

Quality Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or a quality concern arises for you, please send us an email describing the problem and include a photo. We will discuss how we can best remedy the situation.
