Orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel within 2 business days and you can expect to receive them within 3 - 7 business days.

Local Pick up

Free local pick up from our storefront in Nelson BC!
We will let you know when your order is ready for pick up. We put your items aside for you as soon as possible but orders that come in over the weekend may not be processed and ready for pick up until Monday. If you are not comfortable coming into the store, please send us an email and let us know when we can expect you so we can pass you your order through the door.

Free shipping on orders over $250!
Flat rate shipping charge of $20 on orders under $250.
Customer is responsible for any additional importing charges charged by their country. Orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS.
International shipping is often quite delayed at this time.

 

Returns

It's important to us that you love what you order from us.
If it doesn't fit or feel like you hoped, please return it for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. No refunds on shipping charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as original shipping charges if the order no longer qualifies for free shipping.
We will only accept returns on unworn, unused items, in original condition with tags attached. We will not issue a refund for items that have been damaged by strong scents such as body odor, perfume or smoke.
 
Exchanges
 

We do not offer exchanges but you are welcome to order the item you want and we will refund you for your original purchase once we receive it.

 

Quality Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or a quality concern arises for you, please send us an email describing the problem and include a photo. We will discuss how we can best remedy the situation.
