Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We will gather your order as soon as we can and then confirm availability and ship it within 1-3 business days. Our online inventory is shared with our storefront so occasionally there is a discrepancy which we will let you know about as soon as possible. We generally ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and sometimes more frequently. We ship using Canada Post using as much recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging as possible.

 

Free Local Pickup ~ Nelson BC

If you would like to pick up your order form our storefront in Nelson BC, select this option when checking out and we will let you know when your order is ready for pickup. We put your items aside for you as soon as possible, but they may not be processed until the next day--and orders that come in over the weekend may not be processed and ready for pickup until Monday.

Flat rate shipping charge of $15 on orders under $175 (before taxes).

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited. Please contact us if you need faster shipping and we will see what we can do.
Shipping includes $100 of insurance. Please send us an email at the time of ordering if you are wanting more coverage. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

US Orders

Free shipping on orders over $150
Flat rate shipping charge of $20 on orders under $150.
Customer is responsible for any additional importing charges charged by their country. Orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS.

Returns For Online Orders

It's important to us that you love what you order from us.
If it doesn't fit or feel like you hoped, please return it for a full refund. We will accept returns on full priced items that are shipped within 10 days of when you received your order. We will use tracking information and accept post marked returns within 10 days from date of delivery. 
If you are planning on ordering multiples to figure out your size, please consider contacting us to help you with measurements and fit. We are a small business and often only have 1 or 2 pieces per size.
                                                                            
No refunds on shipping charges. Items discounted more than 10% off as well as swimwear bottoms and intimate bottoms are final sale.   
                                                                  
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as original shipping charges if the order no longer qualifies for free shipping once the return is made.
For example - If you order 1 item and the total comes to $175, you qualify for free shipping! If you then return the item, your refund will be $160, as the order no longer meets free shipping qualifications and therefore the $10 shipping charge will be applied.
                                                
We will only accept returns on unworn, unused items, in original condition with tags attached. We will not issue a refund for items that have been damaged by strong scents such as body odor, perfume or smoke.

We do not offer exchanges but you are welcome to order the item you are wanting and return the one that isn't working for you.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or a quality concern arises for you, please send us an email describing the problem and include a clear photo. We will discuss how we can best remedy the situation. Send to zinniatextiles@gmail.com.
