Re-Love Program

We’re accepting pieces for our Re-Love Rack that were previously purchased at Zinnia or created by the same brands we’ve carried over the years, in exchange for store credit! We will also consider items of similar quality + ethics.

THE TERMS:

It can take anywhere between a few days to a week to assess and issue you a store credit, depending on how busy we are at the shop. Please don’t expect this to be done at the time of drop off, as we tend to move at a gentle pace! We’ll reach out to you by email to inform you of your credit amount and credit number. It's about a 50/50 split. 

ITEMS WE WILL ACCEPT:

• Items purchased at Zinnia or that are of similar quality + produced with similar ethical standards

• Natural fiber pieces

• Please wash your pieces before bringing them in! They must be clean with minimal scent. Please try to avoid strong detergents. We will not accept items that smell strongly of detergent + fabric softeners, or other strong scents like perfume, smoke, febreeze, etc. 

• We WILL accept items that have been repaired and that have small blemishes. Pricing will take these factors into consideration

• Seasonally appropriate items
