Shipping policy

UPDATE: We will be using alternative couriers to use during the Canada Post strike.

Our flat rate and free shipping offers are based on a shipping cost up to $25. If the cost to ship to you is higher than this, we may contact you to see if you are willing to pay the additional shipping cost.

We will gather your order as soon as we can and then confirm availability and ship it within 1-3 business days. Our online inventory is shared with our storefront so occasionally there is a discrepancy which we will let you know about as soon as possible. We generally ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and sometimes more frequently. We ship using a variety of couriers in order to get the best rate, using as much recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging as possible.

Free Local Pickup ~ Nelson BC

If you would like to pick up your order form our storefront in Nelson BC, select this option when checking out and we will let you know when your order is ready for pickup. We put your items aside for you as soon as possible, but they may not be processed until the next day--and orders that come in over the weekend may not be processed and ready for pickup until Monday.

Canadian Orders

Flat rate shipping charge of $15 on orders under $175 (before taxes).

Free shipping on orders over $175

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited. Please contact us if you need faster shipping and we will see what we can do.

Shipping includes $100 of insurance. Please send us an email at the time of ordering if you are wanting more coverage. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

US Orders

Due to the complications shipping to the US, we have paused shipments to our US customers until we have the resources to adjust to the new requirements.
